Sales terms and conditions

All goods provided by Growth Medical Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) to any individual, business or company (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") that places an order, Goods and services (hereinafter referred to as the "goods") shall be subject to these terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "conditions").

Delivery service covers the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Delivery to outlying islands or remote areas is not available.

We do not have retail shop and no self-pickup for your order is available. The goods will be delivered by SF Express to the address on the customer's order.

After the order is successfully placed and the payment is completed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

After the order is successfully placed and the payment is completed, it will generally be shipped within 7 working days. Delivery time is calculated based on working days (Monday to Friday), Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included.

A valid mobile phone number must be filled in when placing an order in order to receive pickup notification or phone notification from SF Express.

If SF Express deliver the order unsuccessfully due to the unavailability of the customer, the shipping and surcharges involved will not be refunded.

Delivery 

Delivery cost and method

The company provides delivery services to you through a third-party logistics company (SF Express).

  1. During the promotion period, all orders of HK$1000 or more can enjoy free delivery service. Each online order can only specify one delivery address. Orders less than HK$1000 will be charged HK$200 for shipping.

2. The logistics company has the right to require you or the consignee to present identification documents to verify your identity. If you fail to receive the goods within the specified time due to unavailability, or other buyer's error (such as entering the wrong address, etc.), the logistics company will arrange delivery again but only deliver to SF Express stores in Hong Kong for self pick-up, the company reserves the right to charge you this additional delivery fee.

3. When the typhoon signal is hoisted, the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or in the case of weather conditions that we judge to be unsafe for delivery, the delivery service will be postponed accordingly. The company reserves the right to change the delivery date.

​What should I do if the quantity of the goods is found to be incorrect or damaged when receiving the goods?

If you find that the quantity of the goods does not match the order or the goods are damaged when you receive the goods, please call 2797 1585 within 2 working days after receiving the goods. The company will contact you as soon as possible.

If the products have quality problems, you can contact the company for the after sales services and warranty services. All services require proof of purchase. Products are not eligible for replacement.​

If you make an order or register as a member through this Website, after you have completed the order form, successfully made a payment or completed membership registration form and pressed  “Check Out“ or “Sign in“ button, it indicates that you have read and understood this Statement and agreed to how personal data are collected and used as provided in this Statement.

Collection of Data and Its Purposes When you use this Website to make an order or/ and register as a member, you may have to provide to us your Data including but not limited to your name, contact details, email address, and phone information. You agree and understand that any and all of the Data you provided to us will be collected and used as follows:

  • for verification of identity and record;

  • for display on our company system when you use this Website, the Internet and other channels in managing your membership details;

  • based on your contact details (such as e-mail address, contact number, etc) to provide information to you

  • to store communication contacting details;

  • for processing of your orders;

  • for collecting payment, processing of any payment instructions and direct debit fees;

2. In case you do not wish us to use personal data at any time or do not wish to receive any information on products, services or promotions, you may contact our Customer Support through email to withdraw your consent or to change your mode of consent.

Retention, Storage and Disclosure of Data You acknowledge, agree and authorize us to retain and store the Data you provided in one or more databases, and to provide, disclose, access and transfer to such Data: any employee or department of  which deals with provision of services of this website; any contractor or agent which provides administrative, telecommunication, computer, payment, professional or other services and is engaged by us for the above purposes on collection of Data or relevant to the above purposes on collection of Data; any third-party data processors or services providers (including, without limitation, marketing companies, logistics companies, data companies and information technology companies) to conduct direct marketing; anyone that we has to make disclosure to in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws, administrative policies or regulations; anyone who reasonably requires us to make the same disclosure in order that we can implement the purposes listed in this Statement.

4. Language In case there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English version of this Policy, the English version shall prevail.
